Talented chefs from Dubai's most iconic resort Atlantis, The Palm will tantalize your palate with an array of Middle Eastern dishes. Oriental Head Chef, Atlantis, The Palm, Chef Ali El Bourji will serve delicious Arabian favorites ranging from cold mezzes of Hommous, Fattoush and Tabouleh salads to hot buffet varieties of chicken and fish Tagines, baked vegetarian Koftas, Artichoke stew, Vegetables Salona with Lamb Shank, Fish Sayadeiyh and many more available in non-vegetarian and vegetarian options.
